Our residence is immersed in an ancient village, on a small hill. A privileged position that allows you to combine the charm of ancient times with breathtaking views over the sea.
We are in Grottammare, immersed in a "small ancient world", on a gentle hill in the Piceno area. You can reach us in 10 minutes by car from San Benedetto del Tronto. If you come by car, either from the South or the North, you can take the A14 motorway and leave at the motorway exit of Grottammare then follow the signs in direction of the village of Grottammare, Via Palmaroli car park. If you arrive from Ancona airport in about 60 minutes you will be with us, taking the A14 motorway and leaving at the Grottammare motorway exit toll booth.
If you arrive from Pescara Airport, take the A14 motorway and leaving the Grottammare motorway exit.
Then continue following the signs towards the village of Grottammare.
It is possible to book a private transfer to reach our home and vice versa.
There are several car parks close to our facility. The closest are the 'Palmaroli' one and the 'Sotto le mura' one. Both are free public car parks less than 300 meters from our residence. You can reach the Dimora Guidi Tordini" by taking a very short walk through the beauties of the village. In 5 minutes you will already be there!
Palmaroli Parcheggio
The car park is about 260 meters away, you can reach "Dimora Guidi Tordini" with a walk of about 5 minutes.

Parking “Sotto le mura”
The car park is about 220 meters away, and with a short 5 minute walk you will reach "Dimora Guidi Tordini".

Certainly! There are different possibilities: you can reach Borgo Grottammare by train, getting off at the Grottammare railway station. From there you can take the tourist train at a cost of only €3.00 which will take you to Borgo Grottammare. Alternatively, you can use the buses that connect San Benedetto del Tronto to Borgo Grottammare with departures every hour.
Anyone who stays overnight in one of the accommodation facilities in the Municipality of Grottammare in the months of July and August (except for different municipal provisions and/or modifications) is required to pay the tourist tax, equal to €1.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, to be paid to the manager of the facility who issues the receipt. Medium/small sized pets are allowed upon request, for a fee. Generally only one pet per room is allowed with the possibility of booking the kennel by choosing between two sizes, the water bowl is included. In order to avoid unpleasant situations and/or possible damage, it is not permitted to leave the animal unattended and/or alone in the room. The pet supplement is €20.00 per night and an extra for final cleaning.
When booking it is possible to request a cot for children with a surcharge of €20.00 per day.
Certainly! Dimora Guidi Tordini has an agreement with Bagno delle Stelle and Lido Ciaschì in Grottammare where you can book beach services with umbrella, deckchairs, sunbeds and your lunches by the sea with authentic cuisine. Pets are welcome.
